I love receiving my hashtaghairkit order! Always extra surprises in the box and I always use them and think ‘what did I do without these before!’ Incredible hair tools. Thank you!

Hello, Im sorry you haven't received your items yet. Your parcel was posted on 30 November 2022. A lot of our customers are experiencing delays due to the Royal Mail strikes. Unfortunately, this is not something that we have control over. We are happy to provide you with proof of postage. Feel free to drop us an email if you have any further enquiries.
Thanks

Good evening Huma,
As per our email sent around 1 hour ago, there is a hold up at Madrid customs and they have had your parcel for 1 week. I have also sent you the screenshots of the tracking and advised that we will do everything we can to get the parcel moving. We have completed a customer service form on your behalf and sent it to spanish customs.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier or customs delays. Im sorry that you felt you needed to leave a 1 star review.
Thanks

Super fast service and loved the design…
Super fast service and loved the design but truthfully the size of the foils compared to others within the price bracket was disappointing and wouldn’t be affordable to continue ordering which is a shame. Still a great foil in design and amazing service

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write a review.
We are buzzing that you loved the quality and design of our foils.
As a company we are still growing and cannot purchase in the same large quantities as other brands. Unforunately, this increases our supplier price point.
We take your feedback onboard for the future and will try and review the price of the foil.
Thanks again
