Hastamuerte Reviews

Hella tuff with good quality

Edited Review...
I was having a difficult time regarding the delivery time of my order but Hasta Muerte contacted me personally to rectify the situation and apologize for my inconvenience. I was highly impressed with the steps taken to provide A1 customer satisfaction!!
This is how a company should handle business.
This shows me Hasta Muerte cares about their brand and customers, for this I will purchase again and highly recommend!! Good quality, give it a try.
Thank you Hasta Muerte & my son thanks you!

Amazing customer service. I messed up an order and they were more than happy to help rectify my mistake. I always say the best advertisement is a satisfied customer!

Takes forever for them to ship your order... ordered on March 23rd and still haven't received and it's April 7 and I payed extra for two day shipping

Worst customer service. I have placed several orders and never had a problem. I return an item almost 2 weeks ago due to size being smaller to change to large size. Its been more than 20 days, when I call customer service they never answer. I sent an email and Kris had the worst customer service didn't even take the time to read my email.. I will never order again... she kept asking for a tracking number when I explain to her that they never sent me a tracking number then just ignore my email. I also had to pay $28.00 to send package back because they dont even offer a prepaid label. Don't order from them take your money elsewhere where they appreciate you!!!

i bought the rhinestone angle hoodie back in march. ever since then i been washing it and none of the rhinestones came off, not a single one. and with all the washing the hoodie hasn’t even faded

Always get exactly what i ordered. Fit wise, i wish they had more inventory of 3xl clothing. I like the material and durability. And i always get some fire items in the Mystery sections ie: shirts, hoodies, or bottoms, these guys always come thru. Thank you for putting out some dope gear.

Customer service experience was great. Material is great. Will be purchasing again soon.

Is good
I like it it have good things

The online process is very easy and straight forward. I really like the quality of the t-shirts. They maintain even after washing and drying. Only thing is that there wasn’t tracking options to keep tabs on my package delivery. Will definitely be ordering more from them in future.

I make my order December 15 I think I no get anything on time and I received my order before christmas. Thank you!!

Do not order from this company. They say ships out 7 to 10 days after order confirmed. Its now been 30 days still no package I have emailed them numerous of times finally said when it does show up if it does I should say im sending back and they say I will only get store credit. This is ridiculous

Love the hoodies I got from HastaMuerte, Amazing Quality, Rich In Color, & Beautiful design 😍 thank you so much, definitely will be purchasing again !

The website was very easy to navigate through. Sizes were available on the site that I needed. Unfortunately they ran out of the medium sweatshirt I needed for my wife. Customer service was great in contacting me about the problem and issued a refund for that item right away. I recieved the other hoodie that I ordered and the quality does not disappoint. I will definitely be keeping an eye out and hoping there is a restock in the hoodie I need for my wife. Im still 100% satisfied.

Great quality clothes and large variety to choose from

Hastamuerte is by far the best quality clothing by far. I have been a loyal customer for years. They are always coming out with new styles, one of kind looks.

What can I say, well .....I've been dealing (Buying, Shopping, Gifting) from This Company for Almost Almost 10 Years NOW. I'm a Hoodie-Head & A Great Gift Giver. The Quality, When I tell You is Awesome it Truly is. And I'm the Envy of My Friends & Neighbors, I LUV It! The RHINESTONES, the FLAMES the MATCHING from head to toe...It's Just Different! And when I see someone ELSE with Hastamuerta On, WE just SMILE and NOD at Each Other...Real Recognize REAL!

I love the quality of the whole sweater over all and the shipping was fast too !
