Don't recommend Hatton Jewellers
Purchased a half sovereign coin mount online for my boys 18th, got sent the wrong product. Took ages to get through on the phone, and eventually was told the one I had purchased was out of stock, so they just sent the wrong thing. Now got to send it back for a refund. I'm still being sent emails asking to buy again when I know it's out of stock. Not good service. This is my order number so you know I'm being honest 1000085894

Good selection of curb chains, leave the seal on until you have decided to keep!
Ordered a chain which arrived very quickly. I tried it on and was happy with the quality but decided to exchange for a shorter one. Return was very straightforward, albeit at my expense, but I don't have a problem with that. Receipt confirmed the next day (which was a Saturday), gave my instructions for exchange and received the replacement on Tuesday morning. I was much more impressed with the way these guys present their wares online compared with say, H Samuel. Don't forget though - don't cut that seal off until you have decided to keep the goods!
