Brilliant service. I sourced my engagement ring and wedding band from Laz. From having zero idea of what I wanted or options available, Laz was excellent at breaking it down , being transparent and fair pricing (benchmarking against other jewellery in HG).

Not all that glitters is gold .. especially in Hatton Garden, but Laz at Hatton Garden Jeweller surely is. After engaging a number of jewellers Laz and team easily stood out, taking time to understand what I was looking for (Necklace, Tennis bracelet and Earrings) for our 25th wedding anniversary and not only gave me frank assessment of what I wanted, but how to get there ... commercial v bespoke, natural v lab, machine made v handmade etc. Yes it's detail but for that special item its the detail that counts. I (or at least my wife :-)) now has the perfect combination as evidenced by her ear to ear grin when she wears them. But also I have the confidence I made the right choices, not always the most expensive, but certainly the best value for money.

All of this ablely guided by Laz. Very highly recommended for a frank, no-nonsense point of view and an openness to help you get to the best outcome and value for money.

Brilliant from start to finish. I came to buy an engagement ring with very little knowledge (only what I could get from online research and ChatGPT!). Laz broke everything down in great detail and helped my find the perfect ring. He selected and sourced the stone, and the shop makes the bands bespoke. Very happy with final product. Communications were great throughout the process too.

We worked with Laz to commission a custom engagement ring and a plain wedding band for my partner. He was nothing but brilliant, straightforward and created the most beautiful special ring that I will always love! When working with him I suggest having a vision of what you want ready and trust his guidance on sizing, what will and won’t work, and how it will all fit together- he really, really knows his stuff, and because the rings are handmade in the workshop he has really seen it all. In the end between my inspiration and his reality checks during appointments in his workshop we built a superb and creative ring in our budget. I really valued his candor and honestly in how much it all costs and what brings the price up vs down and what tweaks were and weren’t possible.

Laz and team are top notch. He walked me through the entire process taking an educational approach, not a sales one. Never did I feel pressured in my decision. Laz is extremely communicative and I felt extremely comfortable making one of the biggest purchases of my life!
