Bought an Astroworld hoodie, completely fake. Fluff from inside of hoodie covered my t shirt just from trying it on. Customer service never reply to emails despite saying they will within 24 hours, one of my 3 attempts thus far got a reply after 2 weeks. I returned the hoodie to the origin address in China however the email 2 weeks late states that the return address is in Canada. Highly doubt I will be refunded. THE WORST business I have ever dealt with. Please don't deal with this company PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

If you work for Hatvat please get in contact with me to issue a refund as this is f**king ridiculous.

This site sells fake merch and completely does bait and switch on the quality. Ordered a sweater and it arrived too small, practically made of terry cloth, and the logo is a cheap silkscreen that i know will crack after wearing it a couple times. Extremely disappointed and it sucks because they will keep catching new suckers every day.

I ordered a sweatshirt in size XL from Hatvat as a Christmas present. Received it in a size M. The confirmation CLEARLY said XL. There is NO WAY to contact the company other than email. It took two emails from me and A WEEK for a response. Customer service (HA!) asked me to reply with a photo of the merchandise, which I provided. More inquiries to the black hole email for customer service. NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE, much less a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

No problem at all. Recieved my item within 10 days of ordering and the hoodie is so soft and comfortable. I will be buying more stuff soon :)

Honestly this brand is rly good I mean they contact you shortly so it’s good communication and ik for a fact the astroworld hoodies and caps and stuff are legit MOST of the time (75%)

I bought an ASSC hoodie at Hatvat, totally fake!!! Has a tag with made in China. Shouldn't be made in USA? As I know, ASSC doesn't use tag!! Won't buy it on the website anymore. Really bad experience.

I noticed a lot of reviews here are quite negative and I don't understand why. I received my hoodie within approximately 2 weeks which is slow but I have received my hoodie. For those wondering, I had the item shipped to my address in Australia.

I bought and ASTROWORLD hoodie September 14th and I have never received it!! I’m still waiting for the refund but I think i’ll be forced to go through legal ways with a complaint for fraud! Don’t buy anything on this website

I purchased an embriodered hoodie and it came within 3 weeks because it was a preorder item. Otherwise the long wait times, I am happy with my item.

Complete scam. I ordered a Wyoming hoodie & when it came it was CLEARLY fake looks so awful & not even slightly real. Honestly don't know how these people live with themselves stealing money from people who don't know better & are so excited to receive the product they were promised, then meet the disappointment of a terrible quality knockoff. I am sad :(

Ordered Astroworld Logo Hoodie M back in September 2018 (22nd), got an order confirmation number, never got a tracking number or anything. My Credit card was charged of course. I sent an email on Dec 3rd, asking for a status of the delivery, got a confirmation that my message was received by their support staff, but no response. Sent another message on Dec 7th claiming money back, no response.

Great clothing for a decent price. Arrived within 2 weeks as stated.

Don’t order at this company. I ordered an hoodie in september 2018. I have never received this product. 😡

I ordered ASTROWORLD hoddie form hatvat it never came in it was suppose to come in on January 3 2019 but you guys couldn’t leave it in the post office ? You guys took it back to we’re the company is ? And won’t give me a refund

Do not order from this company!! I have never received my order yet was charged the day I ordered. It seems to be a scam as the sent tracking to an item that never arrived. The do not respond in there customer service or have a working number to call. Awful company!!

SCAM company, they have cheap knockoff merchandise from Walmart screen printed. There is no way to contact them (they do not answer emails and no phone of course), no way to return items since they do not include an invoice. Very sad because it is targeted toward a young age group who cannot tell it is a knockoff site- currently working with my credit card and the BBB to get my money back. Hope they get shut down. Stay away! I always check on these types of companies but it was Christmas and I was busy and my son found them online :(. They are pathetic.

Got some great items on Black Friday and love them! A+
