I ordered some samples of flooring which I received as promised.

The person who answered my call on Wed, April 1, was very pleasant but could not help. Because I had yet to receive a tracking number for an order I placed on March 30, I called customer service. I was told she was unable to provide one. I asked it my urgently-needed item shipped. She could not say it was or that it wasn't. I asked her to call the warehouse where items ship from. She said she did not have a number. She also said she was calling customers to say that orders could not be placed. I said what does that mean for me? She said she did not have any more information. I said I need to cancel the order because I did not have the time to wait to see if it arrived or not. Lost time meant my 89-year old father (who I have isolated due to the pandemic in a home with no sink) would go more days without being able to have a sink. I placed an order for the exact same item from another company. It arrived promptly. But then so did the sink that I tried to cancel from Hausera. I am now trying to have the sink picked up and returned. It is hard to rate a company that is impacted by staffing levels in a crisis. Maybe it is a really good company. In this case, it was frustrating even the warehouse could not be called for an update as to whether something was shipped or not.

Excellent! Exactly what I needed and fast shipping!

I spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle for my faucet. You shipped it via UPS. UPS then delivered it to the local USPS last Thursday, 3-26. I have not received it and no one knows where it is. Why don't you choose a carrier who will actually DELIVER the product to the customers door. Now...I am out of $137 and no way to hold anyone accountable, since you provide no option to insure the order.

The shopping experience at your company was fine. But the product was not what I expected. I was looking for the older style K-4652-A-O Toilet Seat from approx. 15 years ago which was a lot better product and more comfortable to sit on.
