Das schlechteste Unternehmen! Auf keinen Fall hier bestellen! Die Ware wird trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht geliefert.
Man bezahlt aber es wird nichts geliefert.

STOP! Do not order from this company! I ordered a sweater for a Valentines event. NEVER RECEIVED! They answered my emails up until they said it was delivered. Not a word since. Even as I waited over 3 weeks for the delivery they would respond yet I NEVER received the sweater, no response from them once I said it was not received. I was told 3-5 days for shipping yet it had to get to the “shipping” dept first. Once there I was told 7-10 days for international shipping. I thought I was ordering a product from a store in the USA. This company is completely fraudulent. Do not trust them!

This is the worst company for online shopping—expensive, poor quality, and terrible customer service. I returned a product to them, yet I still haven't received a refund for a purchase made back at Christmas. They delay their email responses just to run out the clock on their return policy. I am leaving this review so that others don't get scammed.

This store is a scam. Do not buy from them.

The item I received was completely misrepresented — the fabric does not match the description or photos at all. What I got feels like cheap polyester instead of the cotton that was advertised.

What’s worse is their customer service continues to deny the issue and insist the item is correct, even though the quality and material clearly do not match what was promised. It honestly feels like they are trying to pass off the wrong product as something it’s not.

This is not a small difference — it’s a completely different material and quality.

They refused to take responsibility and hide behind a “no return” policy instead of addressing the misrepresentation.

Received email after weeks of waiting saying sorry for delay. I replied I'd rather have a refund. I was told they do not refund. 2 more weeks passed- no items delivered yet.

They do not take returns and hide this fact. The photos look wonderful but design of the blouses are very different in reality. The main problem is that they bury their return policy, have fake sales all the time, to claim all sales are final AFTER you have the product but do not disclose this up front. Bottom line their return policy is nonexistent. DO NOT BUY.

Mr amit talwar is fraud . we have paid advance and we have not received the out fit. as per his communication its shocking to know that the person who provide him stalls in exibitions are involved in cheating the clients as i got cheated. Please dont pay him advance and please stay away from the exibitions from were he participates.he clearly states that we wont pay you your advance back and you cannot do any thing. and its true we common people gets cheated and cant do anything. please please dont get into his trap . he, seema and his team in the exibitions perform a wonderfull scam.please dont get into trap. Request every one who have faced issues to please come together and catch him in exibition and expose him in front of the whole public so that no else get cheated.

I purchased a blouse based on a social media ad and what I saw on the company's website. When I put the blouse on, it looked nothing like the photo.

The website said there was a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee" but when I requested a refund or exchange, the company refused.

This was an expensive turtleneck. Shipping took about 12days. Tracking was odd so I figured it came from China. The sweater has no labels whatsoever. I have to idea what the material was used to make the sweater. No washing instructions. No sizing label. I ordered an XL based on size recommendations. It fits like a medium. False advertising - and it's rated F with BBB

Extremely bad item quality, not real photos of the clothing, arrived looking like a rag, unlined blazer, £47!!!!!! And with express delivery, it even took a long time. Clearly coming from China. Requested a return and was refused. Absolute rubbish and waste of money please beware!!

Do not buy from this company. They don't it's their reviews because they are overwhelmingly negative. I purchased a blouse in an XL which was supposed to be a US size 10-12 according to their size chart. Their Size Chart is totally wrong g. I asked for an exchange or refund which were both denied because these clothes are always on sale and if it's on sale it's final! I sent them a size chart from JCrew and all they did was offer a 15% discount! The size was equivalent to a size 16 women's! Why would I waste my money again. They won't correct it and have no interest in customer satisfaction. Horrible company and service!

To improve, at least deliver the merchandise ordered. Don’t just steal the money.

Very nice pictures on the website and in ads but the blouse was so cheap when I received it. Nothing in common with what I bought. I threw it away. Not even usefull for cleaning the floor.

I placed my order on 11/06/25.
To this day, I have not received it.
I complained and now they are saying that it was delivered and they are not taking responsibility for the shirt that I paid for and never received.
That is theft. Taking people’s money and not delivering the goods.
They should not be allowed to do business.

Nothing like the picture or description ordered from haute in couture. Customer service not interested & same product on Amazon along with bad reviews. Do not order from this company waste of money & time.

Köpte två blusar på nätet- när de anlände såg de inte alls ut som på fotona och i riktigt dålig kvalitet. Ville genast returnera dem och skrev till företaget - fick snabbt svar - att deras policy är att produkter som är på någon form av erbjudande - och påstods att så var det med blusarna- inte berättigar till pengar tillbaka! Uselt!

If I could give less, I would. I ordered a blouse that upon arrival was not the quality I was expecting, it did not fit at all, and there were threads hanging from the stitching in many places. They refused a return or exchange because they said it was what I ordered and being dissatisfied with a product is not enough for a return. BEWARE.
