They don't even deserve a one star rating it's only because I had to put one! Scam company as well as the PIPA Team for pip victims,i had fautly pip implants that had ruptured and I was ordered to pay 500 euros to recieve my compensation from the pipa team and received 246 euros compensation just before Christmas. This case of faulty pip implants has been ongoing since 2013. Again I have fallen victim by a scam companys. I've been trying to contact Stanton Fisher for nearly a year with no luck,no contact number or email address-no reply! I am so upset and frustrated at how "so called professionals" can treat people like this. Stay away from this company I've had to learn the hard way.

Awful company. I authorised Stanton Fisher to deal with my PIP implant claim on a no win no fee basis. Having been successful in my claim, I am yet to receive my compensation!

It gets worse, they paid the incorrect bank details! Despite flagging this up with them and extensive emails since November 2017 I am yet to receive my compensation.

I will shortly have to instruct a solicitor to contact Stanton Fisher! Not impressed, cowboy company!

Awful company. Time wasters and fraudsters. Made me wait 5 months, constantly telling me my case was being dealt with, only to send me a vague email,telling me they can no longer deal with my claim. Avoid at all costs. Never ever do business with these charlatans.

After a year of dealing with my claim I discovered that they had ignored a large chunk of the information that I had sent them and chosen not to proceed with the claims but didn't bother to tell me that. when I eventually got to speak to someone I was told that they wouldn't be dealing with me anymore and had sold my claim to another company without my previous knowledge. This has ended up costing me hundreds if not thousands in interest as the accounts we're left unresolved. DO NOT DEAL WITH STANTON FISHER.

Absolutely disgusting company should not be allowed to trade. Staff in particular Harris Khan were rude aggressive and did not listen to informed reason, bombarded with calls when the situation wasn’t even rectifyied from their end. He then just raised his voice to be authoritarian. I had to pay fees on money I never received and that was after the bank confirmed to me that I was never paid out on the money they say I was owed. They have no idea what so ever what they are doing. It’s an absolute shambles.
The constant harassment and insinuation that I was lying is enough to intimidate most people.
Avoid at all costs. I have been forced to seek legal action in order to clear the matter up.

Absolutely usless. Do not use this company. Claim procedure went on for 18 months with little or no communication unless I rang for information. Only to send me an email saying they aren’t taking it further. Poor company poor communication. Use alternative!!!!

Avoid using this company. Logged a claim with them as part of a free ppi check was then advised they would Persue this for me. I signed the letter no problem. A week later a noticed a website does it for free so contacted them advising I would do it myself. A few months later to my surprise I was sent an invoice for £400 followed my a bombardment of text messages. I questioned this and they said because I signed the agreement they was in there right to charge this even thow I cancelled the claim!! I don’t know how this company is still going. Avoid this cowboy company.

People beware of this company!!!!
I’ve had high court bailiffs at my house wanting money from a case that was closed by this company..
they close your case so you then do all the work yourself and then they demand money..
absolutely disgusting company.
Please be careful as they have done the same to my husband.
I’ve had the high court bailiffs sat outside my home wanting to take my contents.
They closed the case so husband did all the work him self.
Was harassed by these and then court letter turns up.
Husband wrote to court and heart nothing back then high court bailiffs at my door..

As said previously in the reviews I would avoid this company. The company claimed they could not locate my call cancelling my claim, they also sent out different amounts in respect to how much they charge, contradicting letters from the accounts department, and constant harassment. Avoid

What a joke, all over me at the start, then it was like pulling teeth, there customer service is a joke ,never come back to you, just random emails here and there !! I don't even want to claim anymore as 2 have rejected and id rather not claim all together !! Joke of company and they take 37% for what????????????? they do nothing!!

I would register minus one million.

Harassment through out. Had to do most of the work myself with barclaycard, but Stanton Fisher insist to charge horrendous fee”s and then threaten you with a in house solicitor for not paying your fees’s

Get a letter from the internet and approach the lenders yourselves.

Appalling service. Avoid unless you want to be harassed every day . Firstly I had to redo forms 4 times. I had calls saying everything was sorted and then 3 days later more forms. Once PPI was successfully established. I was harassed daily for my fee, even though I had not received the payment. They were so quick for payment but not so quick on sorting out paperwork.I complained and the adviser apologies for all the problems and put a note on file, only for me to get ANOTHER call the next day chasing payment. They charge 25% and are truly terrible. Use another company , many at 10% which will do a better job

I am urging each and every single person intent on using this company to reclaim PPI NOT TO USE THEM. My mother claimed PPI with this company and she received the sum total of £90 from her credit card company of which SF took their cut. When we queried the amount we were told that because my mother paid back her credit card in full each month, this was all that could be paid.
I therefore applied for PPI with the same company knowing that I had not paid back my credit card in full each month and that I had paid the minimum on the cards for nearly 10 years.
This morning I received a letter from Stanton Fisher with a Plevin offer of £33 for the first card. The offer for the second card will be about the same.
They lie - this is the thing about this company. They pathologically lie and say that the average customer receives £1600. They do not. The average customer received approximately £50 because if your credit card was held over 6 years ago, you will not be entitled to anything but a plevin amount of approximately £30. Stanton Fisher are that desperate for your business - they are that desperate to receive commission on £30 to £50 that they will sell you a lie and you will fall for it as we did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Go onto consumer money forums with have template letters and undertake your PPI claim yourself. This company is nothing more than a mercenary scam company who are solely interested in their commission and not the customer.

This Company started off ok. They Sent my wife and I papers to sign and verify details. They did a full search despite us already claiming PPI in the past from one Bank. However they found we had PPI in another account. Quite a large amount. Great. The Bank dealt with us direct and it went quick between us and the bank. Stanton Fisher didn't do anything during any of this. Then we received a TEXT! to say we owed nearly 5000 pounds to them. Granted 36.2% Before Tax. We were harassed by text, phone calls demanding money. We then heard from our bank that they were paying within 28 days. Luckily they paid that week. At least 3 plus calls were received daily. Today we paid them. Despite them not having a working system! There payment methods on the computer don't work either. And they are a fowl company to deal with. Stay clear. I will happily give more details but I am concerned as no proper invoice has been sent to us. And your case worker isn't the person you speak to more often than not. Unprofessional, Bulling, Harassing. These are a few words to describe them.

Stay Clear. Regardless what you think. I even yelled at someone this morning because they were that bad.. I don't do that.
