De var meget hurtige til at hæve pengene. Varen var meget forsinket, det var ikke den bestilte vare, man ville ikke ombytte. Der findes ingen adresse, intet cvr-nummer. Pengene spildt.

This firm is a fraud. Never order anything here, you will lose your money!! So bad!

This company was part of a care package from hospital. Used them six months, staff especially Management are unprofessional, not customer-focused at all. Don't keep to time, turn up anytime within two hour range. Lack communication skills and employ a few undesirables; some cannot speak English or communicate properly, are clumsy, lazy and uncouth. Majority are trainees, in the country less than one year. Glum, inexperienced staff moan to and dictate to the so called manager, Mercy, terrible service all round doing a ten minute job yet we pay for thirty minutes service. Head Office based in Streatham, no one monitors issues or reviews anything with Social Services, vice versa. Then, Haven hands back our care package because they cannot do the work. If you are a private client, goodness help you. Haven does what suits them, their staff and not the client. Not "customer-focused" unless for more money. Give lame excuses not sticking to their word. First, Manager makes excuses about the time, they don't keep to time, then excuses about our location/distance, when excellent transport links and short walk away, with other clients nearby. Something not right here, this company has internal management issues. Week later.. update:
I rest my case, Haven Care received my feedback email and WITHOUT LETTING US, THE CLIENT KNOW! vindictively cut short/terminated my elderly mother's care service from 7th May, at very short notice, via Social Services instead of what was agreed which was 13th May. Due to Lambeth Social Services' incompetence, we are still waiting for an invoice since November 2023. Pathetic service.
Haven Care's word is not their bond they break their word/promise. Stay clear of them. Taking advantage of the elderly and vulnerable, pure evil.

Awful experience, Steer clear.

Haven Care is one of those care agencies who really understand and mean Care. They are the most proffesional care agencies I have come across. The support workers are very proffessional at all times and also go out of their way of help the service user.
