I have ordered coffee several times…
I have ordered coffee several times from this company. ( Hawaiian Queen Coffee.) The order is always correct, The time frame in receiving my coffee is great. ( about 4 days) as promised and most of all, the coffee is very good. I needed to call the company recently and my call was returned promptly. Great customer service.

GIVE HAWAIIAN QUEEN COFFEE AS GIFTS
Edited: I’m not Dr. Sandi Eivans (“Evans”). I’m John Edward Lawton. I paid for the coffee which you drop-shipped to the good doctor who said it is “yummy”. I have yet to try HQC. But, HQC has been nice, kind, helpful, etc. So you get 5 stars. [BIG SMILE]

Everything went well
Everything went well. The package arrived quite a bit faster than I thought it would, considering the distance and weather related issues that were going on at the time. The bean quality is very good and fresh. I’m enjoying this a lot. I am also new to Hawaiian coffee. I’ll probably have to try a couple of bean types until I fall into a favorite area. But so far so good. I’m having fun. 😉

Not only is their coffee an absolute DREAM in a cup, but when I had made an error on my roast preference and emailed them a few hours after placing my order about possibly changing it, they happily did so. Talk about great customer service!

The coffee was dry and not very fresh
The coffee was dry and not nearly as good as other Kona’s I have had. I might buy it again if it was under $20/lb.

I like the nutty flavor of Kona coffee
I like the nutty flavor of Kona coffee. The ground was a little too course. Great coffee!

I bought the coffee as a gift so I can't speak to the quality, but the recipient says it's great. Delivery was very fast, even with the holiday weekend, and the price was right. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

single serve bags
Your response time is great. I'm trying your single serve bags. Not sure if I like them, a bit cumbersome to use. I think a simple string on the bag and use it like a tea bag would easier. But the coffee is great!
