While I enjoy Hawaiian Queen Coffee
While I enjoy Hawaiian Queen Coffee, twice I placed orders without using your promo code. When I immediately requested an adjustment to be made to include your 10% discount, no one returned my call or answered my inquiry. What's most annoying isn't the discount but lack of customer service. I love all of your coffee and will continue to be a loyal customer but hope that you place customer service high on your list.

This is now become my favorite coffee, and I’m even a coffee snob. I’m blocked and or roasted from all over the world and keep coming back to this as one of my favorites.

We went to Hawaii last September and had a wonderful time. My son loves your coffee so I try to get it when I can. My son and daughter-in-law took me because my husband was going to but died of cancer before he could. Thanks for having such great coffee.
