I had my 1yr old crafter campervan checked with 3 issues reported on the 7th October 2026 after a 3 week wait for an appointment.
On the 9th I approved all works to be carried out with a quote of nearly £2000. I am still waiting for them to book the van in even after calling 5 times, each time someone new and no comms between each other as I had to go through the whole list each time. Then I was sent an appointment on a day I had said wouldn't suit and for a service which wasn't requested ignoring the faults that did need addressing.
The inefficiencies of the systems at this garage are unbelievable.

The downside was the car was later than expected and the mats and mud flaps were with the car or fitted and the handover was the poorest I’ve ever had, all the negotiating etc was okay.

Quick honest advice in all of the dealing with purchasing my new car.

Great experience buying my first new car from Audi. Looked after really well by staff from start to completion. Connor kept in touch regularly during the process and has also followed up with calls to check in that all is going well with our new Q4.

Discussed with a customer assistant about changing my vehicle and offered a deal on a new VW Polo. She was very helpful and gave advice on finance. The next afternoon I collected my new car.
