Excellent therapists and experience

Helped my son grow emotionally and open up to talking about his feelings with others!

The counselor was very attentive to his needs and paid attention. He said that he felt comfortable and safe talking with her. He wished it was a longer period of time as he felt he needed more help and guidance problem solving

The therapist was great at communicating and replying to messages. My children really took away from this experience.

I really appreciated that, even though it was a little difficult to connect with my son. The therapist always found ways to connect with him and looked for tools that interested him and helped him address some of his behavioral issues at school. He followed her advice and used it in his classroom. Thank you 🙏

The staff was X-Men that taking time and listening to what my daughter had to say. And they gave her a lot of tools that she can use to try in work with..

The experience was excellent because of the encounter with the therapist. My son was able to express himself freely and at the end of each session I could see positive changes within him. I would recommend Hazel Health to any patient who needs therapy as it was certainly a rewarding experience. A big thanks to his therapist Tori!!

Our first therapist was amazing and then she left the company. She was able to refer us to another great therapist who was really wonderful for my daughter.

Marcey Shehata was great with my son. She was very helpful and had a lot of insight. My son has gotten better with his feelings and understanding others. If he needs help again I will definitely use Hazel again.

My daughter's counselor was incredibly helpful! This was the first time in a while that I saw her be self driven and experience a spike in her self confidence. I really liked how her counselor continued to check in on her long term and short term goals. This was an excellent experience for my daughter and one I would highly recommend to other parents!

This was a terrible experience I will never use again or recommend. Our first therapist, was uncommunicative, defensive, and only had my child watch videos without providing context, help in understanding, or help in processing through what she was feeling. I asked to have those videos shared with me and no one ever did. When I asked for a supervisor or manager it took almost 2 weeks to hear back. That person did nothing but offer platitudes. Our second therapist, while pleasant, did nothing to help our child. It was the world's biggest waste of time and I am question if it is ethical to operate this way.

I saw a change in how my son expressed himself, and would talk more about what he did in school.

We loved Nikki! She was so kind and supportive! The whole process was always easy. Our son enjoyed joining his meeting every week!

I wish the treating therapist and the one that made the intake session were the same as important details were share at the first meeting…
We had an issue login in every time and every time it got resolved quickly and kindly.

Therapist was personable and very patient with my son. On days when he didn’t want to be cooperative, his therapist still showed the upmost care, concern, and compassion. I appreciated her honesty with my son and attentiveness.

The counselor that we were connected was absolutely amazing, she was patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable, she really connected with my son.

The system did not work a few times and I was under the impression that I got confused on the appointment or thats something came up for the counselor, we would bith be logged in and was unaware causing a no show on our end which was not fair.

Ms Denice took her time to get know my child and she really showed genuine interest in being an outlet for her ,From playing games , watching videos and drawing this experience was Awesome. My daughter would look forward to each session . we were sad it had to end but grateful for the opportunity 💙🥹

They worked around mine and my sons schedule and they were able to see him without him missing any school
