I ordered a couple of bras in March, and they arrived in August. And they don't fit, but the company doesn't accept wrong size returns. Never, ever order from this company!
I'd rate as less but there isn't an option. my order took more than 90 days to arrive. less than zero customer service. just.. we've shipped it, nothing we can do. their pay partner, paypal was just as bad, must have a kickback. they did nothing for almost 60 days.
thinking this is a scam company with kickback partners.
My bra took 3 months to arrive. It was way off on the sizing, I mean laughably different. They don’t take returns for wrong sizes so I am out of luck.
I ordered in April, it is July 28, and still no product delivered. Even my tracking number shows the product in China yet. I have asked for refunds and nothing yet. NEVER order from this company!!! Horrible Horrible, Horrible
Disreputable company!! I ordered two bras three months ago and product still cannot be tracked for delivery! Responses from Hazila say it is on its way but I no longer believe that. Have asked for a refund but still waiting on a response!
Wish I had found this website before falling victim to this disgraceful company with horrible customer service. I ordered two of these crap bras. Took two months to arrive and one doesn’t fit. It’s clearly the wrong size or defective but they refuse to refund my money or even replace it. I’ve gone back and forth with the customer service people and have gotten nowhere. So disappointed and frustrated.
Never buy anything from this company. I ordered in April, 2020 and received my order July 13, 2020. It was the wrong size and according to their return policy, You can't return most products.
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

PayPal isn't any better. They don't stand behind the consumer.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I placed an order 3 months ago and I still have not received it! I have contacted Customer Service multiple times and I am always told it will ship in a few days. I have requested a refund and have been told they can't give me a refund because the order is shipping. Basically, this has turned into me giving a donation to thieves! Horrible experience!
WARNING!! Major rip off. False advertising. Product appears so nice in add but is really a cheap piece of crap! Ignored repeatedly when return requested. Many of these products seem as if they are American but they are really from elusive addresses in China. Do NOT fall for their scam!
All the 1 star reviews are correct. Their bras are terrible. They asked me for a picture to return it. DO NOT BUY!
Still waiting on bra ordered in March - it is now July 1. Do not order from this company! Their email response is “you please do not worry”. This place is a scam.
SCAM! Do not buy anything from this vendor!! They do not accept returns or refunds! Delivery was slow but they had no problem receiving full payment at the time of order. Customer service via email only and is slow to respond to tell you "everyone has been satisfied with the product so we do not allow for refunds per our policy"?
