Rob found us a property according to our preference and helped us agree very good terms with the Landlord.
He was very prompt in his communication and reasonable in the terms of the rental.

We would highly recommend him and look forward to renting with him again.

Excellent Service - very professional

HBL Homes offer a friendly personal service. Being family run sets them apart from the big corporate machines that are just interested in generating profit and not so bothered about returning customers. Rob kept us informed of every development in the chain and went above and beyond in the service he provided. We are about to put another property on the market and will be using HBL Homes again to sell it.

It wasn't through choice that we ended up with HBL to oversee our move to a new property, but if we could choose, we wouldn't think twice about enlisting HBL to help us do so. From the very start Rob was attentative, reliable, a realist and of such a friendly nature we struck up a great relationship with him and this really helped to make the transition to a new home a smooth and enjoyable one. Thank you HBL

Rob dealt with the sale of the flat I brought. He is reliable, always got back to me when I sent an email or called him. He also supported with speeding up the sale of the property when things were moving very slow. Overall I had a pleasant and personable experience and I would recommend.

I have been working B2B with Rob for approximately 6 months and he is one of the most genuine and honest people I have ever spoken with.
He always has the Customer at the heart of his intentions and does all he can for them.
Rob will always find the time to speak and make sure all is going well, but first to help when it isn't.
