Disappointed …
Disappointed I was hoping for a difference to my brows hence paying such a ridiculous amount of money for your small product. I have seen no change and feel ripped off now.

I ordered a PRO eyebrow pencil and when…
I ordered a PRO eyebrow pencil and when I received it and tried in my eyebrows, I realized that this color did not suit me. But it is not possible to return it because I had already used it (one single time). That's why I'm unhappy. How can I understand whether a particular color in a picture suits me or not if I am not a professional makeup artist? So this PRO pencil will simply lie on the shelf. Therefore I am very dissatisfied with the service.
As for delivery - everything is fast, thank you.

Angela is absolutely fab at doing my eyebrows. My eyebrows have never been better and look very natural too. I would definitely recommend going to see Angela. She is a lovely person too and I always enjoy going to have my brows done.

Delivery charges overpriced.
Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt. However, I feel the delivery charge is just extortionate, I avoid placing regular orders due to this.

I had email confirmation of order number #3000105816 on 27 June 2024. I then emailed to say I was not happy on 22 July. I sent a picture of the brush as the bristles were falling out each time I used it. I received an automatic reply but not a word since then.
