The HD Brows pencil in Smoke does not work on my brows. I can’t get any colour onto my brows no matter how hard I press. Bitterly disappointed.

HD Brow's Propelling pencil
I bought the Vamp propelling brow pencil (expensive). It lasted no more than a couple of weeks. This is the second one I've bought which hasn't lasted any time at all. In previous times this purchase would last a few months. It must have the tiniest bit of product in it (but of course without xray eyes, we've no way of knowing how full or empty the body of the pencil is). It's a complete rip-off.
Have phoned the company twice and had no call back. I have now emailed them and await a response.
