That is why we created the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower - to encourage inclusivity, acceptance and understanding. It is a simple tool for you to share that you have a hidden disability voluntarily. Simply by wearing the Sunflower, you’re just letting everyone know that you might need extra help, understanding, or just more time.

From the very beginning, Rebecca has shown such kindness, patience, understanding, and compassion in every interaction we have had. Her support over email has been absolutely invaluable, and she has consistently gone above and beyond anything I would ever have expected from customer service. No question or concern has ever felt like too much trouble, and her responses have always been incredibly quick, thoughtful, and reassuring.
As a parent of a child with hidden disabilities, navigating everyday situations can often feel exhausting and isolating. So much of the world simply is not designed with hidden disabilities in mind, and as parents we are constantly advocating, explaining, planning ahead, and trying to make things just a little easier for our children. Having someone like Rebecca who genuinely understands and cares has made such a meaningful difference, not only for my daughter but for me personally as a parent as well.
Rebecca’s support has helped me feel listened to, supported, and less alone in situations that can often feel overwhelming. The empathy and humanity she brings to her role is something very special and sadly quite rare.

I wanted to purchase a hidden disability badge on C-PTSD. I live in The Netherlands but the Dutch chapter didn't offer a badge with
C-PTSD (complex PTSD). In addition, I rather had a badge in the English language which would be convenient on travels a broard.
However, it was not possible to have it sent from England to The Netherlands (addresses were prepopulated solely for UK addresses) Becky offered to after I had order it she would make sure to have it sent to my home address.
This is true kindness.
Help With Order
I needed help with my order and got in touch with Rebecca on Instagram. She is the customer service manager. She was very helpful and quick to respond. I had my order 2 days later. I would highly recommend getting in touch with her if you need any help at all.

Above and beyond
I contacted Rebecca via the contact us section of the website as I needed to urgently order a sunflower armband for my daughter who was competing at the BRC winter national dressage championships this weekend coming. I had left it last minute as my daughter wasn't sure she wanted to wear one or not. The expected delivery was 5-7 days which would mean it would arrive too late, however Rebecca very kindly arranged for one to be sent out on next day delivery meaning it will arrive in time for her to use it this weekend. I really appreciate her going above and beyond in ensuring my daughter got her armband in time for the championships

I brought mines from the actual website, I use it to fly to in and from Orlando MCO and from San Juan airport all the time and i use it whenever i go i love it so much
I was able to order my sunflower…
I was able to order my sunflower lanyard directly from the charity website and it was really important to personalise my card with my needs. It's a nice and colourful lanyard to wear when I am outside and a sunflowers are one of my favourite flowers. When I wear it I feel happy and confident and I know people will be more patient and helpful with me. It's a great idea. I had it for about a few weeks and the only thing is that the card holder has started to crack so I will have to fix it with transparent tape.

I wouldn't recommend. No communication at all. Once you've paid don't expect any response or when you might recieve your order. Thankfully I paid via paypal and got my money back
Absolutely brilliant customer service
Absolutely brilliant customer service! I reached out via facebook before ordering for my son as I worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for his very first convention. I explained this to “Rebecca” at hidden disabilities sunflower and Rebecca was able to arrange next day delivery with no hesitation! It arrived the following day and I couldn’t be more grateful to the company but more so to Rebecca.
Ordered 10 days ago. Recieved today. Only email you'll get is when you make the order.
Lanyard, ID Card & Wallet bought 10 days ago. 10 DAYS. 6000043687. Never recieved an update email, or one eith tracking number. Recieved it today. Alright quality for $18odd. But don't expect any communication post-order regarding tracking.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Placed an order as just found out about these lanyards and with an anxious autistic teenager about to go to the theatre thought they would help only to see they would arrive after the trip. I contacted them asking if i could pay for quicker delivery and Rebecca kindly fast tracked the order so it would arrive in time. Resulting in one happy teenager whose now looking forward to the trip

I bought a customised card for my 9-year old son. I was in holiday mode and left it a bit late but explained to Rebecca that we were going on holiday imminently. She rushed through the order and made sure it arrived in time to go abroad, no more "he doesnt look disabled" comments in airports now hopefully!
