I had mistakenly ordered the wrong bat. My order was completed. It was a day or 2 before I noticed the error I had done. I emailed HB Sports & they seamlessly fixed the order my shipping was not delayed. They were quick to respond & fix my issue. Very Grateful! It’s great to know that good customer service still exists!!

The site was fine until I got to checkout and realized HB Sports is aligned with the “shipping protection scam”. Charging me $8 to guarantee delivery and offer free returns is theft. It’s no different than a fast food restaurant asking for a tip at checkout. I most likely wont shop with HB Sports again as there are many vendors selling the same products without this garbage. I want to shop and support small business, but I don't like being ripped off. I truly believe it is a businesses requirement to ensure an item leaving their possession is received by the customer. If it is lost in transit, it is the business owner’s responsibility to work with the carrier they chose to ship with to recover the product or the money. I also dont love any business shipping expensive products with USPS by default. In addition to the $8 insurance scam, I had to pay an extra $10 for UPS delivery. Outside of the shipping cost/issues, they had the item I wanted in stock and offered a first time customer promo code.
