Good Morning Alfonso,
It looks like you purchased a DeMarini Twisted Mistress and later decided to return it. We do provide a prepaid return shipping label, but as outlined in our return policy, a 3% restocking fee is applied to returned orders.
We understand that no one enjoys paying a restocking fee, but the 3% does not even cover the shipping costs we incur to send the product to you and have it returned back to us.
We do apologize that you weren’t happy with the policy. We also make every effort to be transparent about it, which is why our return and restocking terms are posted throughout our website and available prior to purchase rather than being a hidden fee added after the fact.
We appreciate you giving Headbanger Sports a try and hope we have another opportunity to earn your business in the future.

Very easy to find what you are looking for. They had my batting gloves in stock when another place was sold out of my size. Very fast shipping came in just in time for Slowpitch.

Good Morning Dominick,
We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your order to you. Unfortunately, shipping to Guam can sometimes be unpredictable—some packages arrive extremely quickly, while others can take 2–3 weeks depending on carrier routing, weather, and other transit delays.
Unfortunately, the combination of carrier delays and severe weather, resulted in a much longer transit time than anyone would have liked. While the package left our facility immediately, we completely understand how frustrating it is to wait that long for an order.
We greatly appreciate your patience and your business. We’d also be happy to provide you with a discount code toward a future order as a thank-you for your understanding during the delay.
