Easy, fast and convenient

So easy to do. I needed a background check as well as a drug test, and I was happy they did both. It took less than five minutes to set up, and I could choose the closest clinic to the employee's home. I work remotely so I am not familiar with the area, but the map made it easy to choose the right location.

When looking for a local place to send people for pre-employment drug screens this was a no-brainer. Great and quick service.

What could have been super difficult was so easy and our company appreciated that so much!

Easy to schedule online

Drug testing for employees has been quick and easy.

Took a full week to get results. Called twice and received great customer service. Third time I called the rep was dismissive, abrupt, and condescending.

I like the friendliness of the agent but what I didn’t like is that he was trying to sell me a package I didn’t need. I clearly told him that I didn’t needed the drug test and he wanted me to pay for a package that included drug screening. He told me that he could process the transaction and I had already chosen a package. The package was $175.00
First he was teto sell me the $250.00 package with the drug screening included when I had already told him no. Then he said that my package was $220.00 I told him that I was at the website and the total was $170.00 I was looking at the screen but he insisted it was $220.00 and told me that he was going to process the transaction. I think he was trying to get more money. I didn’t like that. After insisting many times that it was $175.00 he finally said he was looking at the wrong package which was not true.

First time using this company. Drug screen came back quick but the background check has been week and still not back. Contacted customer service three times with zero results. Delaying the hiring process this long is a terrible way of doing business. I've spent a fortune to recruit and this part of the process shouldn't blow it.

I had a encounter with a gentlemen that apparently works for this company, He did not give his name during the conversation but I must say VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I myself work in healthcare, he calls my office VERY RUDE!!!!! To ask a question concerning a drug screen that a mistake was made on, but the way he spoke to me as employer to employer, even the way he spoke to a WOMAN at that was so uncalled for. This happened on 08/20/2025!
