Dear Alan,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, and I am sorry if our request was not as clear as you would have hoped.
Upon reviewing our records, I can confirm that you ordered a hernia support from us, which I hope is proving to be helpful for you.
We look forward to being of service to you again soon.
Kind regards,

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Sadly due to no fault of yours, the product did not suit elderly parents, but the return and refund procedure was spot on.

Highly recommend this phone for the elderly.
Fast delivery, website was easy to use. Phone turned out to be ideal for Mum..she is struggling to remember sequences, so using a normal phone is getting increasingly difficult. This one with the photo ID is perfect.
