I have been taking for 4 weeks. I am menopausal. These are brilliant hot flushes have more or less stopped after 2 weeks. More energy and more focused. Highly recommend so far

Fantastic I purchased the peri menopause capsules been taking them for 5 months and helped a lot with hot flushes and mood swings,you have to stick with them and give it a chance to work! Dont fall for another company Happy M that prices are extremely expensive and you can’t rely on contacting anyone for help! I learnt the hard way!!!

Natural remedy for menapause
Found this product in H&B, then found their own website, great deals, easy to use, fast service and above all it helps with menapause since having to stop HRT.
Have recommended to a friend who has started it too! What's not to love!!!😃

Very impressed with the product range
Have had a big improvement on my sleep and have started to take the perimenopause range.
Had a call with the in house nutritionist which was really helpful and informative. I was skeptical that this could be a ‘marketing tactic’ to purchase more products but this wasn’t the case at all!
Great service to offer customers!

The perimenopause tablets are amazing, I'm down from about 25 symptoms to about 5.
Still frustrated by my remaining few and I booked in the free consultation and Helen was brilliant, gave me guidance on all the supplements and remedies I can take to help me further. I really appreciate this as there is too much information on line and the GP is just hard work as good as mine is but this was so easy. Thank you

I've been using the Perimenopause Multi-Nutrient Support supplement as directed for a few weeks now, and have experienced a noticeable difference in my energy, mood, and ability to concentrate. The ordering experience was easy, it arrived in a timely manner, and the price was quite reasonable. I also really appreciate the resources on their website, particularly the articles and expert advice. Will definitely order another bottle, and I'm considering signing up for a subscription. Started to take the menopause capsules and i experienced the most awful headaches.I know it's the capules as i have never had headaches like this before . I think with reviews of the side effects some are getting you should be looking at what goes in these before someone gets really ill.

Arrived quickly
Arrived quickly. Started taking these 3 weeks ago. I don't feel like these have helped at all other than giving me gripeing stomach pains and bloated stomach. I haven't had these before symptoms before.
Unfortunately not for me but worth a try.
