I absolutely love the Biome supplements - I have so much more energy and balanced mood since I have started taking them. I am in HRT which has helped with the main symptoms but these really helped my tiredness and mood swings. The information and research provided by Health and Her are amazing too, thank you!

I started taking the Menopause tablets about 4 months ago. I didn't notice an immediate change. But thankfully after a couple of months I noticed a real change in my mood, no more dark clouds, and im less anxious. My hot flushes have just about disappeared, I may still get the odd one. I was desperate for help, even after seeking medical advice and trying HRT... Give these a go and give them time if you don't get instant results, I did and they work for me.

Amazing! Just amazing! The app is brilliant and so helpful. I really like the reminders as in it reminds me to keep hydrated and also to do my pelvic floor exercises. 10/10. I’ve only been taking them for 1.5 weeks. Maybe a bit less anxious I guess. I also seem to have more energy and not feel tired when I wake up. They must be working! Thank you H&H!

These have been bit of a game changer for me. The main point is that they have brought more balance to my emotions across the month. I feel much calmer and less spiky (thankfully).

Been taking these for a while now and although its not the cheapest, I find they are great for making me feel well, energised and not have brain fuzz!

After about 2 months taking Health and her I realized that my moods were not as crazy. Which I know my family is happy about.

Got some really good advice at the Monks Cross, York branch of H&B, tried original Perimenopause supplements after asking lots of questions- as I’d come off HRT due to a bad reaction, I needed a supplement that might help to manage symptoms. I’m five months in and these are now an essential supplement for me. I accidentally took a break over Christmas (left them at home, stayed remote couldn’t get any) the main thing I noticed was my sleep disturbance back, so the magnesium in these is definitely helping with that too. Combined with good hydration, more sleep and as much walking as I can, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my moods and physical symptoms. I would recommend for anyone who can recognise they’ve gone into perimenopause and some symptoms are regular each month, such as sleep disturbance, anxiety, temperature fluctuations.

Okay experience but made me very nauseous after taking the premenstrual one, the taste is awful, and now my period is delayed for a very long time. I stopped taking it after two weeks

A few months ago I started feeling very run down, emotional, insecure and irritable particuarly around the time of my periodI had started hearing more about the Peri Menopause and along with a few other tell tale signs realised it may be the issue. I felt pretty desperate and decided I needed to do something. I went shopping for supplements,but felt extremely overwhelmed with the options. I was recommended Health and Her and am so thankful! I had to scroll the Internet to find the side effects,and realised that the reason why I felt so I'll with terrible nausea, bloating, cramps back, unexplained tiredness and that one of the side effectds could be liver damage
I think theses side effects need to be easily available as I wouldn't have taken something like this if I had known.so like a previous review in jan 2024 I have lost days off work and now highylnunlikey to take any supplements for menapause

Perimenopause biome made me violently sick and terrible laxative effect and it was definitely these so not for me.
Now tried perimenopause mind and here I am writing this again about to stay off work again due to seriously upsetting my stomach and having awful headaches. Something is off with these pills that clearly isn’t for me. Please acknowledge that there is a few of us that these simply affect badly.

I get these perimenopause supplements from Holland & Barret, they are amazing, they actually work. I don't even notice I am perimenopausal since I have been taking these. Can't live without them. I stock up when H&B have a deal on, so they are not expensive

I experienced terrible headaches taking this perimenopause supplement and it made me feel very low. Symptoms disappeared when I stopped taking them

I bought these due to going through the menopausa, I no longer have sweat problems, my nail are so strong now

I tried a number of perimenopause products prior to the Health & Her one. It suits me a lot better.
