I had an issue with being able to view my employees in a certain capacity on the website. Alex got back to me straight away - and gave me detailed, easy to understand information on how to resolve my issue - and then organised to have one of my settings changed to make it easier for me in the future. He really listened to me and not only solved the problem but went above and beyond - and was totally up front, honest, and very easy & enjoyable to deal with. It worked really well at every step, the only problem was with the video, as it would stagger and end before the whole demonstration ends, but the rest of the course is really good.
