The site was easy to use and found what I needed

Lovely helpful staff.

Clean and good facilities.

Needs better signage outside, it is not clear which building you are in and which outer door to use.

It was free but the emails could be quicker sent to me

The cutlery was fine, but on the heavy side when I eventually got it, but DPD who delivered my parcel, left it on the street outside where I live and I never received it.
I tried to ring Healthcare Pro but now they are no longer NRS Healthcare, you can only contact them by email.
I sent them a full explanation of what had happened, but received a stock reply from Customer Service from someone who clearly had not read my initial email.
I then had to wait even longer for a response and they eventually provided a replacement. The whole toing and froing took multiple emails over several weeks.
To call that ‘customer service’ is a joke. The fault lay with DPD, but the difficulty I had with contacting Healthcare Pro and the lack of diligence shown in their email response means I could NOT in all honesty recommend Healthcare Pro.

I am very happy with my order feel a lot safer in my shower in this seat now Thank You.Worth every penny :)

The rooms were to cold and the wait was to long..I was rushed back to a.e Friday night.

I have had a recliner rise chair that I paid £1249.00 for.I’m having problems with it.( The chair foot lift is broken.After informing Healthcare Pro I’m told Only guaranteed for 12 month and I have to pay for repair.
Disgusted I moved house and left old chair 11 years old
It was garenteed for 5 years cost half the price and still working.Just too heavy to move.

They passed my details on to other companies.
One of these would have started charging my card after a 'free' period that I was not aware of.
Took quite some time phoning to get rectified...I hope.

Speedy delivery, excellent customer service, quality items.

I ordered three items, one of which was a wall-mounted shower seat, with padded back and arms, and height-adjustable legs. I haven't yet had the seat long enough to comment on its durability,
but it appears to be robust and well made, with comfortable padding, and a well thought-out, space-saving design. The seat has drainage holes, which aids with non-slip, as water does not accumulate on the surface. It is aesthetically pleasing, with a white frame and a lovely charcoal coloured padding, and is not at all clinical or industrial looking, as some disability products tend to.

Most importantly, I can now shower safely seated, without the added worry of slips, trips, or mishaps.

The shower chair is a joy to use, and folds up neatly against the wall, taking up very little space when not in use. I now would not want to be without it.

One of the other two items I ordered was wrongly showing that it was in stock, when it was not. I was emailed to say that it had been despatched and I was billed for it. After waiting a couple more days, I informed them that the item had not arrived.

I received helpful, courteous, customer service, with the staff member apologising for the inconvenience, as he could see (in real time) that the item was out of stock. The money was speedily refunded to my account as promised, and I was sent an email to inform me of this.

I also purchased a large, good quality bath mat.

I am extremely pleased with the products I have purchased and would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Order was incorrect when it arrived . My address on one of the boxes but dispatch invoice in someone else’s and item missing . Took ages to actually speak to someone via live chat as phones not manned then another week for missing item to arrive . Data protection breach re other persons details and I assume they got mine . Apparently cyst person reported this before my missing item was sorted out but the company has really gone down in my estimation having previously had very good customer service .

A bit pricey- but what isn’t these days ?

As a temp patient with surgery got telephone appointment after 3 days of applying to be a temp patient. Saw GP later same day, better gp experience than at home! Saw a Good Dr who typed a letter and printed it off for me to go to hospital with. The one star off is because when I both rang and filled in form on the previous Friday morning I did say I was needing to have an appointment but by Monday morning I wasn't on the books still because I had to reply online to say I needed an appointment before they would put me on the books then it took until weds to confirm I was having checked on the Tuesday. The phone also cut me off on more than 1 occasion whilst nearly down the queue to speak to the receptionist and ask for appointment, the receptionist just said "yes, it does that sometimes" when I said that their system had cut me off - no thought of getting it sorted as this happens to my mum as well when she tries to get an appointment which is a scramble at 8.15am.

I still haven’t received the replacement item! The original was broken and twice I have been promised a replacement !! Yet nothing has arrived.
