Its a Scam.
Tremendous Delay in delivery of product:
I placed the order on 7th October and got the delivery on 26th October whereas while placing the order it showed the delivery on on before 11th October.
Freebie Scam:
On my order of above Rs.7799 I was due to receive a Gym bag and T shirt. Both showed in the cart till the time I placed the order, the moment I placed the order, gym bag disappeared from the cart and only T-shirt and other products remained. I called Customer service and the agent said, it's a frequent glitch but rest assured I will receive it. When I received the delivery, I noticed the gym bag was missing. When I contacted the customer service, their response was since it's a freebie they cannot refund any money and they cannot dispatch a freebie as a separate item and would send it as part of the next order. Why would I place another order?
Inferior Quality:
I have used supplements and whey protein in the past and this doesn't taste like whey protein at all, Flavour says Triple chocolate but its not where closer to chocolate. TOTAL MONEY WASTE

why i am giving single star i don't know they are worthy of negative rating. i got scammed recentlyon the 21-october-2026 i've ordered a 2KG whey strawberry falvor. and after the days past by i just received the order. when i opened that box it was Not the same product which was named Muscle bond also ordered and also the box was 1 KG and the flavor is also totally different the protien is so cheap quality and i got scammed of 4000 Rs.and lastly their customer service is also not responding to any requests this was my first experience with Healthfarm . pls beware of such scammers if u value your money. there are many other good brands of protien.

Despite raising the issue, there’s been no proper resolution. Money taken, wrong product delivered, customer ignored.

Don't waste your money in this useless product. they try to sell there product using freebies and slae and won't even deliver the freebies. Plus the products are super low quality! Better avoid.

Pls don't buy any healthfarm brand as they deliver fake products.

They took 11 days just to tell me that my pincode is non serviceable.. I even tried to cancel my order from website but my order aslo not showing in that. So mailed them to.cancel my order , aslo texted them on WhatsApp and aslo tried to call them I didn't got even any reply from them.. sending again and again that ai mail to writing share your alternate pin code.

Very disappointing experience with HealthFarm Protein. I found fungus in the protein powder I received, which is completely unacceptable for a health product. After raising the issue with customer support, I did not receive any refund or satisfactory resolution. This has resulted in a complete waste of money and a loss of trust in the brand. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please be cautious before purchasing.

I have ordered 4 items order id #269696 in which ive received a tampered protein pack. Ive taken an unboxing video and contacted customer care. They responded late and informed it takes 7-10 days for resolution. Ive received the parcel on 31st of dec and there is no response till date.

Very disappointing experience. My order was for 2 items, but I received only 1 even after making full payment. I have been trying to contact customer care, but the number is unreachable. This type of service is unacceptable. Expecting a quick resolution from HealthFarm.

MY order is delayed its already 6 days and now the tracker shows four more days your website promised delivery within 5-7 days this delay contradicts the original commitment made by your team

The results are damn good specially of pre workout. Doesn't give red rashes or iching like other indian pre workouts. A must recommended supplement brand

I have placed an orader for HealthFarm Muscle Whey Protein Isolate & Concentrate | Premium Blend of Whey Protein - DOUBLE RICH CHOCOLATE / 2-KG / CREATINE (50G) Order ID 258514 on 13th September 2025. I have received a different product which is a muscle gainer vanilla flavour on 20th September 2025. Also there is no creatine in the box delivered. I have shared the video clip within minutes of delivery of order as well, no responses received yet.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally and report your company for fraudulent practices.
