I would give them a 0 if i could! I used to use Balnce clinics and as of now, they were by far the best! I had my appt booked since last week, paid the follow up fee. Waited for my appt.
I got the call and told that they wont see me anymore because i used an old script from my old pharmacy as they were open on a Sunday and my regular pharmacy was closed but also didnt have my medication available. So they ordered me one in. However i needed something to get me through the weekend. To my dismay and no fault of my own, Sheree has now dismissed me as a patient and also cancelled my scripts after advising her that 3/5 have been discontinued from my old script. Not only did I not get my Medicare rebate as promised but I was also treated unfairly and poorly. Also wasn't refunded for my non visit! Disgusting. Don't waste your time with these assholes! They dont even answer the phone. No customer service whatsoever!

Fantastic Health Shop
Absolutely love the shop. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable, their expertise in any area of health and wellness is practically infinite.
I love the broad range of top quality vitamins and also some Food products there. Love the beauty products as well. Got a face cream there recently and my skin is loving it!!
