product is inaccurate. doesn't work properly

I ordered thr item in July and did not receive until Sept. I did not know it was being shipped from China or I would not have purchased it. In the picture and description of the product there is a charging dock. I did not receive one. I was given a cord with no end to p m ug into a wall plate. Luckily my phone cord fit and I was able to charge it. I would not order or refer to this site.

I ordered a blood pressure monitor and it works really well. Would buy again if I ever need to.

Order # 6514933. The first item sent did not work nor did the second. The phone number for support 865-997-8847 listed on the web site does not work. Will not go through the process of sending the item back, insisting on a reimbursement, if not I will go to my credit card company and ask to delete the payment.

After an extended delivery time. The product I ordered was defective, and would not charge. It was also not the color I ordered. Upon notifying them, they did respond quickly and say they'd send a return label. After a week, when I had not received the label, they asked if they could send me a similar 'upgraded' item. I was ok with that. However, the replacement item was NOT an upgrade. It was a very basic replacement without any of the extra features the original one had. I was not going to send a review, and just let it go, but this store has sent me several emails and text to review them, and I guess they won't stop till I do. So, there it is. 2 stars because their communication was good, and I did end up with a product, even though it wasn't what I wanted. I would not recommend this store.

I ordered this circulation mats because my therapist said it would help my healing after having knee replacement surgery. I ordered it but never received it. I gave them plenty of time because of holidays, then we had bad weather so I thought maybe that was the reason I didn't receive it. When I contacted them they said it was lost in the mail. I said I don't really need it any longer just cancel the order. They very quickly cancelled the order and refunded my money so that was the one good thing that came out of this

Product didn’t work and neither did customer service. Don’t buy from this site.
I have tracking and original product box, but they want a video of the original package it came in “showing the tracking number”. The original shipping package was just a white mailer that was beat to hell. No original tracking could be read. I have a receipt, tracking number, correspondence from them about the order and mailing, a video showing the product not working, why isn’t that enough for a refund? Ridiculous!
