I purchased a full body size Tao series mat which was supposed to offer a heating pad and pemf option.
The heating pad part worked exceptionally well at a max temp of 160F.
Being new to the concept of pemf therapy I did my due diligence and educated myself on the pemf functions (what frequency range was best suited for certain ailments) and how to ensure that function was operational by the use of running a test magnet over the surface to look for movement.
Unfortunately the pemf function was not operational and I returned it.
I purchased mine through eBay and am shipping it back tomorrow.
They offer a 90 day return policy so be sure to test your device once you receive it as articles that I've read about their warranty policy for the most part we're not favorable

I have purchased several items from healthy line. In addition to great quality products I also heard they have fantastic customer support. I purchased an air purifier and it stopped working. We have had our HealthyLine heating pad for over a year and are very happy with the results. We sleep better and feel more relaxed. Also, the pad is very convenient; it's set up in our spare bedroom, so we can get a health treatment without leaving the house!

I bought a really nice healing rock heating pad with tiny little rocks for healing years ago and it stopped working about six months after I bought it. I held onto it because it was such a nice and expensive piece of equipment and I was so glad that I did because when I was cleaning my room out, I had found a card in the bag that it came with and email them about how it wasn’t working they asked me to plug it in which I did and it didn’t turn on so they suggested replacing the cord (which they promptly sent me a new one in the mail) and and voilà! It started working again so yay it works great !

I have bought 3 mats from them and they had great customer service. Now with my 3rd mat failing me, I can not get a call back or a response to my email. I can't believe this company has gotten this bad, and the employees are ok with their behavior.

I have had my healthy mat for over five years and I love it. When I had trouble with the controller, I contacted customer service and they were super responsive and very helpful.

My mat was purchased 3/10/2021. October 2021, the mat was not working. I think I might have had 2 controllers sent. I did work for awhile but clearly there were issues as the mat stay warm even when the controller was off. Again, the mat/controller is not working.
I do have copies of emails noting that the mat is not working. I currently have 2 controllers (one was recelty sent to and neither works), no heat in a $500 "heating pad????
So I was explained that my mat is under a 5 year warranty. Now I was offered a 20% off the original price to use towards a replacement? Or $250 towards another product.
I am very frustrated that I have purchased a $500 product, I have used it only a few times, the company offers a new controller which never works. Now I am expected to pay for return shipping and purchase a new one? Unbelievable. I just emailed Jade, I do hope that this company will stand behind their products.
I love the idea but at this point unless this gets resolved, I will never purchase from them in the future.

This the day , I receivedmy new warrantied mat afterspeaking with Jade, previously.....I had the mat for years and when it had a significant problem, Boom...! Resolved and replaced....Wow....Cannot thank you, enough for helping me out as this mat is such a helpful tool for me and my body 's inflammation....and Jade, she gets it done....Efficient, Listens Intently, Professional, kind and very personable, etc.....This company is such a special company with very special people, like Jade.....I would have to give you a rating of 7 out 5, all day long, and many times on Sunday.....ThankYou, Thank you, Thank you......and your product is Great, as Well....God Bless and Stay Blessed....!!!
