I am happy that you carry the porridge…
I am happy that you carry the porridge I like but I was not pleased that I could only get it on-line. Reason being it’s a large box of 2000 g. I am only 1 person.
It would be great if they sold the smaller package like The Big Carrot does.

Quick and efficient.
Everything was quick and it arrived on time. Unfortunately the side seam on the box was split. I was concerned as it was a box of pasta. Fortunately, none of the 24 boxes were damaged.

Inaccurate product descriptions
I received two products that did not match the photos, description, or ingredient list on the web site. Both were new reformulations of a product. One of which was a hair oil that was completely redesigned and reformulated with coconut oil, a not entirely uncommon allergen, and an ingredient I don't like using on my hair. I discovered it had been relaunched by the brand almost a year ago and still not updated on the Health Planet web site in that time. Every other web site I could find such as Well.ca or Iherb.ca had the newly reformulated product correctly advertised.
Healthy Planet took some time to reply but eventually told me I could return the product. They made no indication they took accountability for a considerable oversight, instead blaming the manufacture for recently changing products (again, almost a year ago). Almost two weeks later, it's still not updated online. This makes me question everything on their web site.
I also hate that the in store prices are all higher than the online prices, making it hard to shop there either way.
