Healys Reviews

We retained Daniel Winslow for our lease extension. Daniel is great professional, and offered us timely and accurate information, keeping us up to date on every step and negotiating on our best interest. We are very pleased with the work.

I can honestly say that I was extremely impressed with Healy's. Amit was brilliant when there was an issue outside our control, due to an error made by an outside party, when selling my house. He kept the pressure on and chased up to resolve it and kept me in touch even when there was no news. I really valued that, as so often it is the client who has to chase the solicitors when there is no news. Thankfully, it was resolved and we had a happy ending resulting in the sale of my property to the buyer, who no doubt was equally happy and relieved. Carum was also very helpful and works extremely well with Amit. I am between properties at the moment, but will definitely be using Amit and Carum again when I purchase my new home. Thank you so very much.

We instructed Healys to carry out the conveyancing in respect of the purchase of our home. Jane and her team were extremely proactive, supportive and always one step ahead. We are grateful for their excellent service throughout the purchase period.

Healys appointed Aljosa to follow our property sale and he has been extremely helpful and excellent throughout the whole process. Very pleased with his work. Highly recommended.

Extremely communicative and polite. Have always used Healy’s for their speed and efficiency!

I had no hesitation instructing Healys having used them previously. The experience remained very satisfactory this time, with super and prompt communication all round, which is something quite refreshing these days. Thanks must again go to Daniel Winslow who made my painful lease extension really quite straightforward. Well done!

We had an excellent experience with our solicitor Aljosa at Healys throughout the purchase of our home. He was always responsive, answered our questions promptly, and kept the process moving efficiently.
Buying a house can be stressful, but he made the whole process much smoother with his clear communication and attention to detail. We are very grateful for all of his hard work and would highly recommend Aljosa and the team at Healys to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient solicitor. Thank you

I used Dan Winslow in the Leasehold team for my recent lease extension. Dan and his team were efficient and handled all the heavy work throughout the process. Their communication was also excellent - they kept me regularly updated on the important information and answered all my questions usually within a day. I would recommend Dan to family and friends.

We’ve had a great experience with Healy’s. Carum and Tracey have been extremely helpful through the conveyancing process. They’ve been quick to respond to our questions and overall a pleasure to work. Thanks Tracey and Carum for making the process as smooth as possible.

We decided to use Healys when moving after researching and so pleased we did. The stressful process of moving was made so much easier by the professionalism, prompt response times and calm, cheerful dispositions of both Aljosa and Morgan. No issues, everything went very smoothly because of their diligence. I would use this company again and certainly recommend them to others. Thanks so much both. Sarah & Kevin

Aljosa and Morgan were exceptional. Really quick, and kept the process moving along. they made it all a lot less stressful.

Haleys solicitors you literally ruined my life!

Healey’s were fantastic from start to finish. I had moved to them after slow service from a previous solicitor. They were competitive on pricing, easy to deal with, efficient, and always quick to get back answering queries. Highly recommend these guys and Tracey Cipolla in particular for conveyancing.

Healys handled our property purchases and sale with great diligence and attention to detail. Queries were dealt with quickly and they attended to a last minute glitch very efficiently. Also, they are very friendly and approachable - highly recommended

Really pleased with the service. Alfie was excellent, communication was great and he kept things moving when others were holding things up. I would definately recommend and will request him for any future home moves.

We just completed our flat purchase which was handled by Tracey Cipolla from Healy's and Carum Grewal and Tauheed Irfan as well. They have been very professional and thorough in their approach and always very responsive. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Great and professional service

Amazing leasehold extension experience with Healys!

This was my second time working with Healys. Daniel and Joanne in the leasehold team were extremely attentive and responsive. I felt supported at every stage.

I cannot recommend Healys highly enough. Over the past year, they successfully handled three exceptionally complex property transactions for me, including the purchase of a flat, with remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and dedication.
Kiri, Vicki, Sam, Alfie, Jane, and the entire team were responsive, knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly supportive throughout. They kept matters moving smoothly despite numerous challenges and delays from the legal teams on the other side.
What truly stood out was their exceptional client care. It genuinely felt as though they were hand-holding and spoon-feeding me through every step of the process, simplifying complex matters and providing reassurance whenever needed. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to achieving the best outcome were second to none.
Without their expertise and perseverance, I do not believe all three transactions would have been completed so successfully within a year.
A first-class legal team that I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you all for your outstanding work and unwavering support, warmest regards

Lucy from Healys has been fantastic during my redundancy. Her way of working is professional, clear and she really understands the importance of deadlines. I would highly recommend! Thanks again Lucy!
