Healys Reviews

We have just completed our purchase and collected the keys, and we’re really pleased with how everything was handled.

The process of buying in London can be stressful and at times confusing, especially with a long chain involved. John was patient, professional and always available to explain what was happening. His clear communication and quick replies gave us confidence even when the chain caused delays.

In the end the exchange and completion went smoothly, and we are now happily moving into our new home. We’re very grateful for John’s support and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying a property.

Healys were outstanding in their communication with me throughout the complete conveyancing process and I really appreciated their proactive approach to hurdles thrown at them. Would definitely use them again.

We have worked with Healy's on a number of transactions. They have proved themselves every time as professional, proactive and reasonable. I couldn't recommend them more.

I have recently work with Daniel Winslow who has made my lease extension a seamless process. I have felt informed and supported every step of the way. Daniel pushed on my behalf when things were taking longer than expected, managed my expectations on timelines with clear information and always ensured I was kept up to date. The whole process is quite confusing and I felt confident in Daniel and the team he works with. I would happily recommend Daniel to anyone who is about to take on this daunting process.

Saira Ahmed and her team made this complicated, stressful journey as simple and reassuring as possible. I am certain we wouldn't have got the house we have without their patience, guidance and hard work ethic. I don't expect to have to move again but if I did there is only one company I'd be using for the conveyancing services!

The team (Amit and Carum) worked seamlessly from start to finish on our transaction. We had such a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend Healys to others! We'll certainly use them again on any future transactions. Overall excellent experience.

Jane Baker, Vicki Lambert, and the whole wonderful conveyancing team at Healys (Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, and Kimberley to name a few!) have been our absolute heroes through the complex sale of our flat and purchase of our first house.

It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this team are some of my absolute favourite people, and I trust them entirely. They are fantastically skilled at their jobs, give timely insightful communication, and are deeply caring. Being part of a chain is unbelievably stressful, and their good humour and expertise was a sanity anchor through it all.

Healys tend to have a large chain in copy, which means that asks and emails are always picked up super promptly. They keep really diligent records and this has always meant that the communication has been fantastic. They've gone above and beyond numerous times for us, adjusting and responding professionally to frankly surreal and unique situations caused by other parts of the chain - Kiri Kkoshi, Healy's Head of Real Estate, even intervened personally at one point to resolve an issue.

We used their services when we bought our flat originally four years ago and naturally ran straight to them when it became time to sell! I would never use anyone else at this point, and would highly recommend them to anyone working out who to go to for their conveyancing needs.

Jane, Vicki, Kiri, Sam, Mariana, Alfie, Kimberley and everyone else at Healys who worked with us these past 10 months - thank you. Truly could not have done it without you.

I cannot recommend Charlotte Woolven - Brown and Lucy Demmon from Healy’s enough. They navigated me through a very challenging time with honesty, integrity and kindness. Their dedication, attention to detail and professionalism led to the best possible outcome for me. Thank you so much!

I asked Healys to help with selling my house on the advice of a neighbour. They were not the cheapest option but not the most expensive either, and to my mind well worth it. They got on with things promptly and were willing to listen and adapt to my particular preoccupations. My contact person had to change occasionally because of illness or holidays but they were all equally responsive.

I received a prompt response to my enquiry and appropriate advice as to how to proceed with my issue.

Amazing experience with Charlotte & Lucy, they were able to provide calm reassurance and option in a tricky situation with a tight turnaround.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for transparent legal advice!

Bought my first flat using Healy’s who were excellent throughout. Dominika was my solicitor who I would highly recommend. Excellent service.

We have been very impressed with the service. Throughout the whole process, everyone we’ve spoken to has been so personal, and any issues which arose were well explained and dealt with efficiently. It was refreshing how well we were kept updated, and we never needed to chase. Jane Baker was a pleasure to work with.

Recommended by our broker, we worked with John Hill and his team at Healys for our home purchase and couldn’t be happier. They were supportive, efficient, always available, and charged a very reasonable fee. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We have used Healys LLP before and once again they have exceeded our expectations. They took great care of us during our recent corporate loan finance process, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication made what could have been a stressful experience completely straightforward.

Special thanks to Kiri, Sam, and Mariana for their outstanding support and dedication. We will definitely be using Healys LLP again in the future. Highly recommended!

Responsive, personal and attentive service. My House exchange and completion managed very professionally. Will use again.

Nagesh helped us every step of the way in our Visa process. He was so easy to work with and very detailed. We did get our spousal visa approved. We were successful because of Nagesh's thoroughness.

Amit was really helpful in navigating me through the process of selling my flat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Healys.

I have had a personal nightmare previously trying to purchase a flat, and asking around tend to only hear yet more horror stories. With Amit Vadher, it was the opposite. Incredible professionalism and detail, with great communication. It is a stressful process buying a place, but the level of comfort I felt being safe in the hands of Amit throughout cannot be understated - made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend to anyone!!

Amit and the whole team were excellent. So quick to respond and helpful at every stage. I cannot recommend more!
