First, the hearing aids here are much more affordable compared to other places.

Nejad is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and has a warm, bubbly personality, I felt completely confident in his expertise.

Koorosh did a great job setting up my new Phonak Spheres. I am still getting to know them but so far very good.

I had earwax microsuction on both ears at the Dulwich clinic. Koorosh performed the process very thoroughly and gently and clearly explained the intricacies of my ear anatomy afterwards.

We recently saw Koorosh Nejad for a quick microsuction appointment for my daughter, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He was kind, professional and reassuring throughout. The whole process took just a few minutes and was completely painless. My daughter came out smiling and feeling "good as gold" in her own words.

Great quick service and general advice

Kooroosh was super efficient, friendly and it’s such a relief to have a fully functioning ear again (wax removal)! I was in and out of the building within about 10 minutes including brief waiting time.

This is the second time I've seen Koorosh for micro-suction. He was very efficient with it and also - importantly for me - gentle. It was over very quickly and not as uncomfortable as it has been previously with other services. Plus we had time for a wonderful chat! I will definitely be going back to Koorosh next time.
