Spoke with Luke, who helped explain everything clearly and put me at ease with transparency of costs. They are genuinely 24/7 and did not penalise me for help outside of normal work hours.
Tejell (the engineer) made an initial visit to assess the work and then returned the next day with everything needed to fix the issue. He was very friendly, professional and good at explaining what needed to be done.

Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use then again for any emergency issues as well as regular maintenance work

I had a great experience with Heathstead and would highly recommend them. The service was professional, reliable, and completed to a very high standard. Communication was clear from start to finish, and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

It is refreshing to deal with a company that turns up when they say they will, explains everything properly, and takes pride in their work. I would definitely use Heathstead again for future maintenance, gas, or electrical work.

Highly recommended, after being let down by many company's Heathstead came over as arranged and fixed my leak under my bath. The gentleman was great he showed me where the leak was coming from and the cause of it.
