Small 3kw boiler Ordered 3pm and delivered 9am the following morning! Even paying postage this was still 10% cheaper than anywhere else!

Ordered digistat on website stated you had stock so purchased item. Got an email to say you had no stock so sale was voided so I'm not happy with the experience, why can't your website just state 'no stock' which will stop people purchasing items you haven't got.

Great prices. Excellent customer services. The boiler I ordered was damaged by courier. Phone them up and a new boiler was personally delivered within 3 hours of contacting them allowing me to carry on the installation without disruption.

Placed my order on Last week biasi boiler flue and it’s been 7days nothing came . I have Called on their number twice and I was told to wait and they will give me a call back in a bit but no call back and I am still waiting for the part and also a call back from them. On the other hand they keep asking me to send feed back !!! So I have no choice apart from telling the truth Terrible service .

Its been a brilliant experience buying from SKS, I found their prices to be the most competitive across the UK, however their site isn't the most flashy looking so I called the shop up and spoke to the folks there and was rest assured online transactions were quite smooth. Spent £2k on Vaillant Boiler, Nest, Flue etc and still saved over £300 here. Delivery happened under 2 days, high quality stuff !

I was promised delivery within 2 days. After 6 days now still no delivery and no update. When I called up the staff they were unhelpful as they didn't offer and help to resolve the delivery issue and advised that it wasn't their problem and a courier issue.

Generally happy with the products purchased and the initial buying experience. The reason for the average rating is due to the poor customer service experience when encountered with delivery issues. I was not able to rearrange delivery following a missed delivery attempt as the courier TNT shipped to the wrong depot. When I called SKS to clarify when the redelivery should take place, I was spoken to rudely when I said that I would be reclaiming the delivery fee from TNT or SKS if I didn't get delivery that day (a week later than the original delivery date). You don't treat customers with aggression no matter what.

Didn’t deliver the item. After taking payment said it was out of stock. Still awaiting refund.

I have not received my parcel yet! I do not know when to expect this delivery, and have to remain at home all day waiting. Why can't they let me know when to expect my delivery??

The initial order was so easy to do on the website. My order came in super good time too. Overall I am very impressed.
