Heaton Group Reviews

Good quality build with a very good finish. The communal areas in Bishopgate Gardens are of a high quality. I’ve bought two apartments from this developer. The other one was station terrace. This was a far smaller project. Both apartments have been rented out continuously without problem. Their letting scream manage everything for me

Great communication and professionalism throughout the process.

I’ve added another investment property to my portfolio and look forward to purchasing further properties with the company.

I love my new apartment!
I brought an investment property two years ago off-plan from Heaton Group two years ago. I received the keys last weekend and the build is great. My property has appreciated by over 25% during the build process.
A big thank you to Chris who was very professional.

Heaton Group

Great experience!
I bought a property with the Heaton Group. It was my first investment property so was a bit nervy. A friend recommended them to me as a good company to work with. They were very helpful from start to finish. My apartment is now rented out with a good rental income. The Heaton group are managing the tenant which is great as I live far away.

“Heaton Group, did a fantastic job managing the whole sales process, especially when working to a deadline and people are under stress. They knew how to keep things moving and were very quick to respond to queries. I would definitely like to work with them again in the future.

I've bought two properties from the Heaton Group and I'm delighted with the service. I first bought an apartment with the company back in 2020 in Bishopgate Gardens. This apartment is manged by them and the rental yield is good and it has been hassle free. I also bought another property from them at The Exchange, this is a 2 bed apartment which is due to complete. I went to see the apartment yesterday and the view from it is incredible. My advisor Rob has been very helpful. A big thank you.

I have recently purchased my 2nd property through The Heaton Group, I have been notified that will be complete in the next 2 weeks. Communications from Rob at the office has been fantastic throughout. Looking forward to purchasing my 3rd property early next year!

Buying an investment directly from the Heaton Goup was a straight forward and pleasant experience. In particular my advisor Maxine Mitchell who's honest and transparent approach really me won me over and was a deciding factor in my decision to purchase. Maxine kept me updated regularly throughout the process and i am grateful for that. I would highly recommend the Heaton group based on their openness and professionalism.

Amazing from start to finish. The guys made the whole process simple and easy and we had the added bonus of buying directly from the developer. Would recommend to anyone!

I've just exchanged on a property in Manchester through the Heaton Group. The process was simple and I'm looking forward to completing on this development. The whole team was very professional.
