Amazing Custom Ring & Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased an engagement ring from Heavenly Moissanite, and I’ll be honest, I was pretty hesitant at first. There wasn’t a ton of information online, and I wasn’t completely comfortable spending that much money through a website I wasn’t familiar with.
However, their customer service completely changed my mind. They answered every question I had, were extremely helpful throughout the process, and made sure I felt comfortable before I placed my order.
Rest assured, they are legit! One thing I really appreciated was that they don’t list lab-grown diamonds on their website, but they were able to create a custom listing specifically for me and make the ring with the lab-grown diamond I wanted in a different carat size.
I also had a custom engraving added, and despite all the customization, the ring still arrived in under a month.
The ring itself is absolutely perfect and looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and I can’t wait to give it to my girlfriend!
