Trying to return the bracelet I ordered as just wasn’t for me when I saw it. tried emailing their contact email twice to request details of how to return the item. No one has contacted me in a week. I will not be buying anything else from here. Very disappointed and suggest everyone bears in mind that it looks as if refunds aren’t accepted which is against trading standards and UK law

Heavenly London has quickly become one of my favorite jewelry brands! This time- I purchased their earrings, and they did not disappoint—they're incredibly cute and instantly elevate any outfit I wear. I have several of their pieces and I love them all!
