Best helmet I have ever had . You get what you pay for . Light , comfortable , outstanding noise cancellation but still hear traffic etc , what you need to hear . Very happy customer .

Quality product and impossibly fast shipping ( to California from UK)

I've owned a lot of helmets over the years, and I have never worn something as plush and secure as the Hedon Heroine. Expensive? Absolutely. Worth it? For the comfort alone- yes. I will say that it's not your long-distance / track day bonnet.

You wear it as a statement.

Personal service is really important to me, too many companies are missing huge opportunities by not engaging with their customers. Customer service was superb. Tactfully suggested I might want to vary my visor to match the helmet and I welcomed the advice and made a better informed decision as a result. Delivery quicker than predicted and the helmet itself is a work of art. Beautifully wrapped and of very high quality. I’ve been riding for 10 years and had various helmets but this is in a class of its own. Worth every penny.

I am being charged EUR 48.97 in import tax and handling fees. This is in addition to the EUR 25.55 (19%) German VAT you already charged for a domestic sale. Apparently the documentation was incomplete.

This means I am charged a 19% tax (domestic VAT and import tax) twice, plus handling fees. Since you already charged German VAT for a domestic sale, I request that you reimburse the additional import tax and handling fees in a total amount of EUR 48.97 as per the below document from DHL to my credit card promptly, but no later than by 20 June 2025.

I hope that this can be settled swiftly as described above. A total charge of about 47% on an item of EUR 160 (with a 19% tax levied twice) is absolutely unacceptable. Should this be the outcome, I will certainly feel compelled to warn other German customers about this and also refrain from purchasing another helmet from you this autumn.

We now own Two Hedon helmets and they are without a doubt simply the best.
Excruciatingly I dropped mine and spent a few days mortified. As a last ditch attempt I got my dremel out and tried to improve the damage. It didn’t. I now had a 4” square patch that was just awful…

I went to Hedon’s site to get Customer Service details as a Hail Mary… then saw there was a polishing guide.. purchased the exact products used in the video…

Happy Ending.

I dropped some Warhammer Paint into a mix of ceramic glue and filled the indents/scratches. Left to set. Then with my new CarPolishing gun and 3M product followed the guide.

10minutes later and while not perfect it’s perfectly good enough and a superb Sunday.

Can’t think of a reason right now why I’d need a third but maybe if I get that third bike I’ll just have to. Yes now there’s a plan.

Best helmet i have owned. It's a perfect fit, no pressure points, quiet and supremely soft for the noggin I've owned eight different brands of helmets and this is the best. Why if it's the best did i downgrade it to a 4, whoever installed the visor was stronger in one hand and i couldn't remove the screw down myself and in the United States we commonly see emergency release for the check pads (not sure if this could be done and maintain the helmet qualities).
