The platform is crap. It looks like they have just scraped social media profiles without any discernment or vetting. Some are so old, they have not posted in 3 years. The platform looks, and the features that anyone would actually want to use are only available on a ridiculously overpriced subscription plan.

Very shady cancellation practice. I canceled my subscription over a year ago and found out they were still building me because you have to go through several confirmation screens. So I thought I’d canceled it but then if you don’t go through there many steps to confirm cancellation they don’t cancel it and they don’t send you email invoices so they kept charging me.

I had an pleasent experience. the login and verification process is very easy, one of the best user friendly platforms for brands starting with influencer marketing.

Highly recommend Heepsy to any creator looking for new brand deals. It’s reliable, easy to use, and really helps with visibility!

I’ve booked several stellar professional collaborations through this platform. It’s straightforward, easy to navigate, and doesn’t seem oversaturated with low-quality offers. I’ve also noticed that I personally receive a higher number of bookings here, which is why I plan to continue using it. I’d recommend that influencers factor in PayPal’s payment processing fees when setting their rates for brands. I did encounter an issue with receiving payment for services that had overwhelmingly positive reviews, but the platform ultimately helped me resolve it. In my case, the delay was due to other influencers not fulfilling their services for a brand, which led to my payout being placed on hold while they investigated to ensure the brand wasn’t behaving inappropriately.

It's garbage! It's totally unusable. I can't grab emails to send in bulk. I can only send 2 invitation emails to 24 users. There are very few celebrities in it. It costs $249 a month. I asked them for a refund, but no one responded! It's a scam! Don't sign up for Heepsy! Don't sign up for Heepsy! Don't sign up for Heepsy! I want to submit pictures, but Trustpilot doesn't have a place to submit them.

They have deactivate my account but still deducting the amount from my card each month and not replying as well ,

I liked the design of the platform and its ease of use. I would improve the database of content creators, since I have had some problems trying to find a few small profiles.

Es el tipo de plataforma que llevaba tanto tiempo buscando. Me gusta que las campañas sean pagadas o que también ofrezcan productos y además con solo escribirles ya sabes al cabo de unos días si les interesas o no.
En general creo que si eres una persona influyente con poco o muchos seguidores esta aplicación siguen siendo perfecta para los estilos de públicos

Yo soy creadora de contenido y esta aplicación es estupenda ya que me ofrece muchas propuestas de colaboración , lo cual me interesa y mucho, además cualquier duda o problema que tenga me lo resuelven muy rápido

I love moonio so much, thanks to moonio I’m able to get new campaigns and be able to send my own pitch to brands. If you are looking to get new campaigns this is the best option for you.

It's been three months since I have been using Moonio and I finally decided to write a review. Its Marketplace is great and I love the UX/UI design. I highly recommend it!!

I would say Moonio is an amazing platform for influencers and content creators of every type, style and size. I enjoy that it not only offers product campaigns, but there is a lot of experiences available. The platform is easy to use and navigate and the Moonio Team quickly answers any questions that may come up. Brands/ businesses that are on Moonio are 90% of the time very profesional. I enjoy being able to have a direct chat with each brand, and believe the fee system and being able to choose the amount of content (i.e. giving the brand your own proposal/idea) is the best thing about Moonio

Overall I'm happy with Moonio and would recommend it no matter how big your following is! Perfect for somebody who has just started and for somebody who is already professional creating content.

Es una plataforma donde es muy sencillo ponerse en contacto influencers y marcas. Las marcas explican qué necesitan y los influencers se apuntan o no a la campaña en función de si les llega a interesar el contenido. Todo se hace muy fácil por la buena comunicación. Hay campañas de muchos tipos, lo recomiendo!!

He tenido una gran experiencia por la facilidad de encontrar colaboraciones interesantes para mi perfil, es intuitivo, y fácil de utilizar, con filtros para encontrar de forma sencilla la colaboración deseada. El trato es directo con cada marca.

Hace meses que recibo debitos en mi tarjeta de credito de Heepsy y no se como comunicarme. Podrian ayudarme. Hace 2 años habiamos contratado Heepsy, pero desde mayo me llegan debitos y no nos podemos comunicar. Hoy hemos hecho la denunica a American Express.
