More than three years starting May, 2019 working with helbing law group to debt consolidate regarding three credit card. First time they promise me this process it takes only 4 Months. Last two years they took every month $323 from my checking account. They put me on legal case one of my Account and I paid extra for Attorney for this process also they settled not 40%. 3 years later my credit card is still not settled. When I call them tired to lesson the same word. Please be aware.

They Stole My Money and Gave me nothing but Excuses.

Wow this company just doesn't want to do the right thing. I've contacted Equity sales (the finance company that Helbing uses). I was told by Chris that Maurice finally sent the email confirmation to close my account with Equity since Helbing stole money. Chris was very surprised when I told him that Helbing closed my account and didn't inform Equity sales as it is a large amount. I'm currently speaking to Jose who I've had to yell and scream over and curse at because again these people are not doing what they are supposed to do which is, either give me my money back or give me my money back. Period. I've been dealing with this for over 7 months now. Helbing refunded part of my money now they still owe me over $5k. I will NOT sit back and allow them to steal from me or anyone else for that matter. So, we will do this everyday until I get ALL of my money back from Helbing and Equity Sales. If anyone is looking to do business with them please be aware of their unethical business practices. They have me back less than half of my money. I now need back the other half. I was promised by Maurice that I would get all of my money back if things didn't happen as he promised and I would get back every penny. That hasn't happened and THEY WILL GIVE ME ALL OF MY MONEY BACK by way of voluntarily or court. It's their choice.

Peniel is very helpful and patient and gets the job done, to where I'm lacking in those categories but when I talk to him he assures me and tells me everything will be ok and he's here to help me and I truly believe him!
