They withheld my funds under the pretext of an “AML policy.” After that, they required me to submit a large amount of personal documents and sensitive information, which I did in good faith. Despite complying with all their requests, my funds were still not released.

Their support team has been completely unresponsive. Multiple attempts to contact them have gone unanswered, leaving me with no clarity, no resolution, and no access to my money.

This feels less like a legitimate compliance process and more like an excuse to hold onto users’ funds indefinitely.

HELEKET пользуюсь уже около года. До этого пользовался их же сервисом Cryptomus, но пользователи из РФ были вынуждены перейти в HELEKET. Сервисом доволен, до него пробовал пару других сервисов, все они уступали по качеству. В отличии от других сервисов HELEKET выводит средства быстро, в течении 15 минут и кажется круглосуточно (во всяком случае мне выводили в разное время суток). Комиссии у них рыночные, не выше конкурентов. Пару раз обращался в поддержку по незначительным вопросом, вопросы решались без проблем. Рекомендую

An excellent payment acceptance system. I have never had any problems, the exchange rate is good, and the payment system itself is very convenient, especially for my projects. There are many different cryptocurrencies available for exchange, and funds arrive fairly quickly after a withdrawal request.

One of the best platforms i used so far, fast and really helpfull responses from the team when i have a problem, really good handling and ui.

I’ve been using the Heleket payment gateway for over a year now and I can confidently say it’s the best gateway for accepting crypto payments. On February 20, I sent the equivalent of about 100 euro in Bitcoin to a supplier. Heleket blocked the transaction, reporting an "AML violation." On February 20, I contacted them through their Telegram bot to request a refund. My Bitcoin account is already verified, and my transactions have never been blocked in the last 10+ years. I have no intention of sending my documents to an unknown company.

Today: Heleket is demanding my passport, documents confirming the origin of the money (10,000 rubles!!!), etc. I asked them to cancel the transaction, declaring that I would NEVER give a copy of my passport to a fraudulent company.

Response: To get your money back, we need your passport!

UPDATE: I confirm that Heleket is pure SCAM. I will NEVER supply any ID to such a company tha began to claim that my transaction (about 120 bucks, 10000 rubles) is suspicious, all my bitcoin addresses are perfectly clean and I never got any problem in more than a decade. Now heleket asks me to contact? Hey funny, we talked one week, you have many clients at 10000 roubles that you scammed? You perfectly know who I am on telegram. Stop your BS asking passport and anything else and return the bitcoin! and FYI, as I write you an hour ago on teleg, we are now in touch with your hosting company.

I have been using this service for half a year now, and I am highly satisfied with my experience. The platform is very convenient and user-friendly. i was just paying some online server and for no reason this 3t party provider blocked my money and refuses to return it to the sender, even they dont have any buisness with me.
