I reiterate all that has been said about this SCAM company. Complete rip off. They say easy to return BUT to send back it will cost between £20 to £30 and if package it damaged they won't refund! I ended up with a £7 refund from £70 spent! Disgusting!

BOGUS COMPANY, avoid at all costs. It’s a Chinese company masquerading as British. I ordered a Linen dress which arrived with a label showing 100 Polyester, disgusting feel to it and badly made. Now to return it they say I must post back at a cost of £20-£40 or they will give me a 10% discount for a dress I will throw away. They should be ashamed of themselves. I see they haven’t had the decency to reply to anyone’s comments, I shall report them to Trading Standards

This is NOT a UK based company. Asian or Chinese. Dress took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Awful fabric and fit. They state full refund policy. This is not true. If you do want to return they tell you it will cost between 25/£30 and you have to prove they have received it. They are using many other names and UK cities and towns in the UK.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. COMPLETE SCAM

This is a Chinese based company and although the delivery wasn’t altogether poor, the products are nothing like what I was expecting… I wouldn’t say they were a ghost store but the branding is completely false, the quality is rubbish (sticky polyester) and the sizing is off… I won’t be returning as there is limited customer service and I’d probably have to pay the shipping.
Avoid!

My order took 12 days to get to me
The website says " Helen & Charles London " but it was clear to me my ordered dress shipped from China
The dress does not fit and the material / quality poor!
I have emailed for a return / refund so we will see!
If I hear nothing in the next few days I have an action plan!!

I received two dresses last Friday that don’t fit so I need to return them. I have sent 2 emails to the company and have not heard back from them which is making me feel a trifle concerned. Their site says that there is no problem to return items within 30 days. Very unusual not to get a reply from a company? I hope I still hear from them!

This is a fake company. Goods sent from China and if you want to return you have to ship back to china. Very cheap clothing and you can get same stuff on temu for a fraction of the price.
