I had to both change the delivery address and ultimately cancel my first order (moving timeline changed) and they were very helpful and understanding. Now that I’m ready to move, I came back and found the sale price was still being offered a couple of months later. I am very hopeful the mattress itself will also be excellent when it arrives!

This site showed us what we wanted to know, is a different brand than we've previously not been thrilled with, and was in our price range. This mattress is for our camper so we didn't need the bells and whistles of our home mattress.

Great online shopping experience, though the firmness options are overwhelming. This is further exacerbated by limited Helix mattress stock in local retailers, making trying recommended mattresses impossible.
That said, Helix support was quick to respond and friendly, and I know that with the 120 day return window that we will have plenty of time to change our mind if we end up not liking our purchase.
