Avoid: Paid Airport Transfer Service That Never Showed Up
I booked and paid SAR 153.40 on 29.04.2026 for an airport transfer from Riyadh Airport for myself +1 scheduled for 02.05.2026. The booking and payment were handled via Hello Chauffeur Limo WhatsApp number +966538014437. I received payment confirmation and invoice accordingly by email.
On 30.04.2026, I informed them via the same WhatsApp number that I would no longer be travelling, however, my wife +1 would still arrive on the same day on a slightly earlier flight. I specifically asked whether there would be any additional charges or changes required.
I promptly received confirmation that the transfer would simply be amended under my wife’s name under the already paid service, including meet & greet at the airport.
On 02.05.2026, nobody showed up for the pickup.
The same person who had been very responsive when arranging payment became completely unreachable despite 6 phone calls and multiple WhatsApp messages. My WhatsApp messages were read, but no response, explanation, apology, or refund proposal has been provided since.
I am now disputing the transaction with my bank, as the paid service was never delivered.
I have full supporting evidence available, including WhatsApp communication, payment confirmation, and an invoice.
