The process was so quick and easy! Worth the money.

I put my trip dates in and it gave me a green indicator showing "Emergency services - recommended (2-3 business days)". I was hesitant to pay first, but since the site showed that it would be available I proceeded. As soon as I paid the next page showed that my trip dates were invalid and I would need to have travel minimum of 5 days from today. I tried to cancel the order, but it shows I have to call... I don't have time to do this.

So nice to not have to navigate the bureaucratic maze, and it was awesome to be bale to track the progress of my renewal application online

Citizenship and Documentation, have always been hot button political issues but the current political climate in the U.S. has exacerbated the issue.

A lot of people have experienced increased wait times and slower turnaround. Hellogov made the process of applying and receiving a passport easy and not stressful. It’s a tad more costly than the traditional route but there has always been higher fees associated with expedited passports.

Honestly the process should be as easy as registering to vote for U.S. Citizens. Regrettably it isn’t quite that simple but hellogov made it seem as if it was. I was informed in every phase from start to finish.

Simplicity and clarity were the strong suits here. HelloGov was a smart choice in my opinion especially considering I already had a flight planned.

A sudden business trip caused me to upgrade to Emergency 3-4 day processing. HelloGov supported me every step of the way, from selecting the upgrade platform, ensuring I had provided the required materials in a downloaded application package and step-by-step upload instruction, to text notifications to when my passport was submitted to the agency, approved, and shipped directly to me. The turnaround times were exact, and I received my new passport as predicted and in time to submit my details to the airline. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to go with them again in the future.

They need to list there fees up front. Asked for a refund and they refused. I wish I read the reviews first I wouldn't
even started the process.

The post office should own the software used to create the forms for passes. It's user-friendly, but $190.00 is too high; it should be about half, and I would have felt more comfortable using them.

Misleading and terrible. Paying a company just to essentially provide a shipping label for your passport application. When I called requesting a refund, they denied my request as I just printed the application. It wasn't until it was printed did it become clear that

Fast and easy. The convenience is worth the price, this will save you time and frustration. You get alerts as it moves along, I liked being informed.

While my initial experience with the service encountered issues, the response from Thomas absolutely earned 5 stars. Thank you for the integrity and willingness to make it right.

The fees are astronomical!! Just go to the Post Office yourself! They don't tell you, that you still have to do everything just like going to the post office yourself. The only difference is this company charges you $400 just to be able to call an AI bot for suggestions and help.

I have called 8x now and each time they say they have a priority request for me to get a call back and no one ever calls. You cannot get a live person here.
