I would rate it zero if I could
I would rate it zero if I could. We ordered on 7 March and it shipped on 10 Mar. We still have not received our order. We have reached out to customer service 2 + times. Ups still has not delivered our order. It looks like it was damaged or lost. They just keep pushing the delivery date out. Customer no service does not care. This was a picture of our little dog that recently massed away. This is very unacceptable.
