Completely hopeless customer support. If you manage to withdraw money, you are one of the lucky few. Sent in over 20 documents and most of them rejected after 10 minutes. Tried several times.

Udało mi się wiele razy wygrać bardzo dużo, bardzo dużo też przegrałem. Myślę, że na ok. 80 000zł wpłacone, wygrałem koło 60 000zł. Oczywiście, że bilans jest ujemny, w końcu to kasyno.
Raz zabrali mi ponad 10 000zł, ze względu na złamanie regulaminu bonusu (zapomniałem i grałem na za dużej stawce). Byłem mega zły, ale wcześniej nie doczytałem regulaminu. Mój błąd.
Ogólnie proces weryfikacji dokumentów przy wypłacie jest dość nieprzyjemny, zwłaszcza na bardzo niską jakość obsługi klienta.
Podsumowując, to nie polecam grać, jeśli nie masz pieniędzy na wywalenie w błoto. I to w żadnym kasynie, no chyba że pokerek.
