Thank you, Hemant D, Hemant B, Shyam, Suneel, Jayant and all participants, for taking me through this incredible journey and great lifetime 2nd career opportunity. It was fantastic to go through all the tools, exercises and assignments and open discussions.
At the age of superannuation, I was looking for some area where I can utilize and share my knowledge and skills gathered during a long professional career and I think ”this is the platform”
I am looking forward to remaining in continuous touch and help many many people with their careers and/or life.

I undertook the Career Coach Certification Program with Hemant Deshpande and his team. The Program is a powerful blend of insightful sessions, thought-provoking assignments and great peer to peer coaching sessions.
A mix of the guidance of Hemant and his team and insightful discussions with fellow participants makes this journey worth it.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what my expectations for the program were! As the sessions progressed, clarity started emerging. Interesting discussions during the weekly online sessions helped make rapid strides. After the programme's conclusion, I am pleased that it was the right decision for the next phase of my career.
